Purchase information for digital programs or other services, including transaction status and the product or service purchased. Full payment card information is generally processed by the applicable payment processor and is not stored directly on our website.

Technical and usage information automatically generated when you visit the website, such as Internet Protocol address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate access time. Squarespace and its infrastructure may use cookies, server logs, and similar technologies to operate and secure the website.

Communications you send to us by email, telephone, social media, or other channels.

Please do not submit detailed medical histories, diagnoses, photographs of injuries, or other sensitive health information through a general website form, social media message, or ordinary email. Use the PTEverywhere patient portal or another communication method specifically approved by Active Recovery Solutions.

At the effective date of this policy, Active Recovery Solutions does not intentionally use Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel on the website. We may add analytics, advertising, or conversion-tracking tools in the future. If we do, this policy and any cookie notice will be updated as appropriate.
