Not Sure What Your Knee Needs to Get Back to Training?
Book an Online Knee Movement Assessment and get a clearer understanding of what may be limiting your movement and the most appropriate next step.
During this 30-minute virtual appointment, I’ll learn more about your symptoms, training history, and goals. I’ll then watch you perform several relevant movements so I can assess how you load and control your affected leg.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a full physical therapy evaluation?
This is a focused virtual movement assessment intended to provide movement-based education, training guidance, and recommendations for your next step. It is not emergency care or a substitute for an in-person medical evaluation when one is needed.
Will I receive an exercise program?
You will receive initial recommendations and a written summary. A complete individualized program is not included in the $29 assessment. If a structured program or individualized coaching is recommended, those options will be discussed with you.
Do I need exercise equipment?
No. Most of the assessment can be completed using bodyweight movements. A chair, step, or staircase is helpful but not required.
What happens after I schedule?
You will receive an email containing your appointment details, Zoom link, and instructions for preparing for the assessment.
Is an online assessment appropriate for everyone?
No. If your symptoms or presentation require an in-person medical assessment or another provider, I will explain that recommendation during the appointment.
